Hey everyone – welcome to this week’s episode of “How NOT to Call the Plumber”!
This is a very special week to me, in that Friday marks the 3rd anniversary of the date I started Watermark Plumbing (if you haven’t guessed by now, I AM in fact a plumber!).
I know this date likely doesn’t mean much to you, but I really wanted to take a second today to say THANK YOU and to say how much I truly appreciate the support we’ve received from you all. Since it’s inception in 2019, Watermark Plumbing has grown from me as the only employee, driving around town with pipes sticking out the windows of my Hyundai Elantra, to now having 5 trucks on the road and employing 8 great people (who many of you have spoken to on the phone, or have had in your home!). Amazingly, in the last 3 years we’ve completed nearly 3900 jobs for 3000 individual customers.
One of my most proud statistics to share is that still to this day, 50% of our business comes from repeat customers. This means that not only are we still growing, but we inspire the trust through our work for customers to call us back when they have an issue. I definitely don’t want to take the credit for that today, as I can say that this is due to the great team we have both in the office and the field.
With all of that said, I want to say just one more thank you to everyone who has trusted us to help in your times of need. We will continue to do our best to provide open, honest service – something that seems to be lost in the world of the home service trades!
